Welcome to MMCS 2025
The 3rd International Conference on Mathematics, Modeling and Computer Science (MMCS 2025) will be held during December 26-28, 2025 in Kristiansand, Norway. It mainly focuses on the research fields of Mathematics, Modeling and Computer Science, and is dedicated to provide the experts, scholars, engineers, etc. from different colleges and universities, research institutes, enterprises and institutions from home and abroad, with an academic platform for sharing of academic research findings, exploration of the cutting-edge engineering issues and discussion on the current opportunities and challenges, in a concerted effort to promote international cooperation and communication and the industrialization of scientific research results. The scope of MMCS includes the research and development fields of Mathematics, Modeling and Computer Sciences. Scholars from home and abroad are warmly welcomed to contribute and participate in the conference. MMCS encourages the open expression and exchange of ideas, free from all forms of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment. The review standards and attendance policies are consistent with IEEE.
MMCS is technically sponsored by IEEE ComSoc France Chapter, organized and financially sponsored by Global Foundation of Green & Environmental Protection.
Publication & Index
Papers submitted to MMCS2025 will be peer-reviewed by Technical Program Committees. The accepted papers will be published in proceedings by IEEE Computer Society-Conference Publishing Services, CPS publications are submitted to IEEE Xplore Digital Library, IEEE Computer Society Digital Library, submitted to INSPEC, EI-Compendex, ISI Thomson’s Scientific and Technical Proceedings for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Submissions should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere:
1, Article must be written in English without any Chinese characters;
2, Download 
template.docx; note that this two-column template makes explicit requirements for author order;
3, Article repeat rate should not be higher than 18%, otherwise it will be rejected directly;
4, Full text (including pictures and tables) prohibit sensitive, vulgar words;
5, Pictures must be in high definition; The formula must be editable, screenshots are not allowed;
6,Send the full paper(word or pdf) to Online Submission System, or Email: mmcs2023@163.com, title submission email with "Paper Submission+ TEL".
